The product is excellent, but the packaging was not good.The spray bottle didn't have lid cover.. Just bcoz I was waiting for the product eagerly.. I kept it and put some other lid and used.. Please see that the packaging is good and secured next time u send any product

First time I was buying this product, I am sorry to say it was not to my expectations, I received the bottles both are opened as like returned by some one. Smell is hard and irritating I also requested for returning but Amzon credited money into my account and advised not sent back the item. One I gave to our maid another one using as room refresher.
