Parat F2, Wall Mounted Cling Film & Foil Dispenser, Easy-Install Holder for Rolls up to 30 cm Wide, White

Fab, simply loved the idea of these dispensers, and when on a lightening deal: we snapped up the Parat, but sadly we returned the same day it was delivered, unfortunately, as the XXL kitchen rolls we use, their circumference being to wide that they didn't fit, no chance, but I was bitten, I had now seen the way, lol, and we returned having already ordered the Parat F2, this, because of the impression left from the initial play around with the Parat dispenser, fab I thought! As I envisaged how long gone will be the days of d@mn irritating battles with cling film, with it constantly sticking to my arms and, well, everywhere, very irritating to say the least, as no matter what I've tried, mostly it ends up creased around my hands/arms etc. Kitchen foil never being a problem, but then both act to always clutter up a draw, yet, these fab Parat dispensers cancels out many of said issues, of which, we condition ourselves to put up with over the years, and as our kitchen roll didn't fit, the Parat F2 model arrived swiftly and is utterly fab. And even though our cling film length is approx 330mm, it still dispenses the film with an easy slide of the cutter. To repeat, I/we simply love it, after using a couple of weeks now, positioned all nice and convenient; it's now helping simplify many little jobs, from cling film/foil for our little ones packed lunches, to placing cling film over dishes today protect the food inside, thankfully, this is now no longer a bugbear for me, gone is the fight of having it tangled around my everything. The dispenser itself seems well made, not much to say ecce it seems robust enough for its job. Attaching to the wall was easy, I was told, and once both rolls were inside - I was eager to give it a whirl. And yes, both Cling Film & Kitchen Foil nicely cut off in inch ish lengths to test, then I went a tad enthusiastic, as I started just to cut away, bit after bit of both film & foil. I must have cut around 10 each, yet, NOT ONE ISSUE, all sliced off with easy, and we have had non of the issues/problems others have reported, as both rolls being cut as per advertised, hopefully this will last. With a resounding YES, we're certainly happy enough to recommend this Leifheit Comfortline Parat F2 dispenser. What a happy difference it's made, from simply helping unclutter a draw, to easy cutting of Film & Foil. So.yes, a very good purchase for us, happy days.

Works well, no longer have to fight with cling film box. The foil cutter needs cutting two+ times with a bit of pressure but still works.

I've had my eye on this product for a while and decided to order one due to my increasing frustration with existing cling film and foil dispensers. Fitting the unit is, I found out, fairly straightforward. The drawings are reasonably clear and, if followed, should not cause problems. Attachment is by four screws into slots that allow for vertical and horizontal adjustment. I had hoped the box would have included a full size fixing template but no such luck, I'm afraid. The back plate is stamped out with the markings 'alu/tin' and 'transparent to indicate where the respective rolls should be placed. The next step in the installation is to offer up the front cover to the back plate, but before doing so, pull a length of foil and cling film through the 'letter box' openings - remembering to first move the cutters out of the way. Now, push the cover back whilst depressing the two buttons at the side to engage (clicking noise) and, by a small miracle of design, the foil and film now shows through the narrow slots and is ready for use. My unit is mounted behind the door of a tall storage unit and while I didn't really need the paper towel holder - use of which is optional - I decided I would keep it as a go-to back up. The ends of the arms that hold the towel roll are tapered so that, when correctly adjusted for different width of rolls, there is sufficient friction created to prevent the towel roll unravelling - a useful feature. All in all, the Leifheit Parat 2 is a well thought out design that should make life a little easier in the kitchen!

Do Not buy this item. I had the Stainless Steel one for years. Couldn't find the same one so when for this. It's the same company so was hoping it would go in same screw holes but no. Had to wait to get it installed. The cling film didn't fit do bought some more! The thing doesn't cut the cling film it tears it! Should have read all the reviews!! It also once it's cut/ torn the clung film it rolls backwards taking the end of the cling film back into the fiddly housing! I have tried different film, had to drill my wall and then find it's out of date to return!!

Bought this a couple of weeks ago as one of the blades on my old wall-mounted roll holder broke off. I'd had it more than 10 years (mainly metal construction) and so looked for a replacement. The Parat F2 seemed a reasonable price, though as it was plastic, I wasn't sure how sturdy it would be. Previous reviews seemed good, so I thought I would risk it. I fitted it to the wall in my kitchen today and it works fine, and it seems sturdy enough. It is well-designed. I like the fact that the kitchen towel holder keeps the paper towel further away from the wall than my old unit. And it cuts foil and cling film very nicely! Very happy customer!

It doesn't cut the cling film and it tears the foil unless you hold it flat against the holder. It is quite well made although some of the lugs that you have to press are a bit flimsy. It looks good but like so many things it's design over functionality. The only thing that works is the kitchen towel because it's simple and on a roller, although the sliders are a fight to make them slide so you can put new rolls on. Overall, this is not well designed as a practical cutter. I would not buy ity again.

Given as a gift my sister loves it and very easy to use

Ich bin sehr zufrieden, mit dem Rollenhalter. Er schneidet Alu und Frischhaltefolie wunderbar und die Aufnahme für die Küchenrolle finde ich auch gut, weil die Rolle durch die konische Form etwas strenger sitzt und sich dadurch nicht selbständig abrollen kann. Achtung! Unbedingt die Bedienungsanleitung lesen. Manche Käufer, scheinen die falschen Schlitze für die Folien verwendet zu haben. Die müssen durch den großen, nicht durch den kleinen Schlitz geführt werden :)

Ho acquistato il Leifheit Parat F2 ComfortLine per organizzare meglio il piano cucina e finalmente tenere in ordine carta, pellicola e alluminio. Scelta azzeccatissima! ✅ Taglierine scorrevoli efficaci: I taglia-rotoli integrati funzionano benissimo! La pellicola trasparente, solitamente difficile da gestire, ora si taglia senza strapparsi. Anche l’alluminio viene tagliato in modo netto, senza onde o pieghe. ✅ Spazio per 3 rotoli: Ospita comodamente pellicola, alluminio e carta da cucina. Il terzo scomparto è a vista (porta carta), mentre gli altri due sono chiusi da sportellini. Ogni sezione è facilmente accessibile. ✅ Ripiano portaspezie integrato: Utilissimo per tenere a portata di mano barattolini, spezie o piccoli utensili da cucina. ✅ Design compatto e pulito: Di colore bianco, si adatta bene a qualsiasi cucina senza risultare ingombrante. Occupa poco spazio ma fa una grande differenza in termini di ordine. ✅ Facile da installare: Montaggio semplice con viti incluse. I had Philips holder which broke last week, this is strong and no sharp edges.

É muito difícil montar o papel-alumínio. Quando consegui, o cortador não cortou e embolou todo o papel. O suporte anterior (da mesma marca) que eu tinha anteriormente era muito melhor. Facilidade para colocar o papel e o cortador cortava sem embolar. Dinheiro jogado fora.

Schönes Design, leicht anzubringen, durchdachtes Konzept und sehr gute Arbeit. Allerdings sollte beim Abreißen von der Küchenrolle kein Druck von oben ausgeübt werden, da ich fürchte, dass die Arme dann brechen. Metallarme wären sicher besser. Die Messer sind sehr scharf, der Austausch von Alu-/Frischhaltefolie unkompliziert.
