Is there a "learn" button on the fixture so I can pair multiple fixtures to one remote?

There is no "learn" button per se on the remote. Multiple fixtures can/will respond to a single remote with no problem. What's important to know is that each fixture r-e-m-e-m-b-e-r-s its set points at the time it was powered off. In that sense, the lamp's memory does "learn" its setting. So, if each fixture is set differently at the time they're powered down, they will each power up to their last individual (unique) setting. If all the lamps are set to the same settings at the time they're powered down and then back up you'll get full uniformity in their appearance regarding brightness, color temperature, etc. We're very pleased with ours!

If 5 are switched together, will the remote work on all 5 simultaneously?

We have two. They work independently of each other. The remotes are unique.

How do you install this? The instructions are very vague and just say "make the wires connected". Very confusing

This lamp requires a "house wired" 120-volt connection with Romex or similar branch circuit residential wiring conduit. You should consult a professional electrician to perform this installation if needed. The Chinese wiring colors are different than U.S. The lamp's blue wire may correspond to "neutral". Its reddish-brown wire may correspond to "hot" or black. Its uninsulated braided copper pigtail is its "ground" and would be "twist-cap" connected to the light circuit's solid copper ground wire. The lamp's metal housing constitutes the electrical box that safely houses your wiring connections. The lamp's flat steel wall surface mount has a half-moon circular indentation to indicate and accommodate the location of the drilled hole for the house wiring conduit. Hope this helps!
