One of the best pressure cooker there is
If you want to save time, money (consumed energy-wise) and cook tasty healthy food just buy any of the Hawkins pressure cookers. It's not cheap but I think it's worth the expense. Fantastic simple design (much better than any other twist-lock designs), very easy to clean (very few crevices for dirt accumulation), made of quality stainless steel. Can also be used like any non-pressure cooker saucepan if you don't always want to cook under high steam pressure. The only negative as I can see is a little high price, but apart for that nothing to complain about.

Product not working. Supplier unhelpful & not showing accountability
Hi all, I purchased this product recently. The product is not working as it's intended to. No pressure whistle is coming from the cooker. I suspect there's a problem with the safety valve. I wrote to the supplier to help with a replacement or refund or repairs and they sent me a PDF with the company Hawkins details. It's disappointing as I purchased this from the supplier in the UK and they sent me a PDF with Hawkins details in India. Hawkins informed me that their service centers are in India. The supplier has been irresponsible, unaccountable. I brought it from them on Amazon and they took the payment. However, when it came to helping the customer, they simply washed their hands off the matter. Buy from them at your own risk.

Good
Speeds up the cooking of all sorts of things, thus money! As I live alone I bought this small size, that’s the only thing to be wary of, if in doubt, buy a bigger size than you may think. Good product, would recommend

Excellent value and perfect for smaller meals
Bought this pressure cooker after replacing an old one (1980's vintage) with a large 8 litre pot. Have found this small pressure cooker very useful for cooking stews and soups. It feels very well made, and is simple to use once you get used to it. It comes with a trivet and a good instruction manual which also contains a decent number of recipes. It was a very fair price for something I suspect I shall get more use out of than I expected when I ordered it and I am pleased with the purchase.

Not very satisfied difficult to pour contents out
Good size small not too heavy, contents get caught inside lip so not easy to turn food out. Need strong hand to squeeze shut
