We literally had this thing for maybe a year and we’ve been locked out of our house multiple times, I had to kick the door knob off and break into my own house . . Not worth it . . Avoid at all costs!!!

I would like to know where my 1st review went. First I am into this now a total of 3 hrs. and I am NO Novice when it comes to locks. At this point I have gone thru 3 new batteries, and I still can not get this to Beeb once. I am still trying to get this to respond to resetting this, it has not yet turned Green. You must install the whole thing first, to reset the code before you can do anything else. It's awkward to stand halfway between the both sides of the lock in an open door, push a tiny button with a tiny tool and then be looking at the other side of the knob to see if it turns green....in the winter as the cold air rushes in. Why on earth does it require to be RESET???? What I would like to know is: why can't a person program it first, and then install it???? I am assuming that when the consumer needs to replace the battery that the lock remembers the programed codes. If not, there is no mention of this anywhere on the internet. So I now have a nifty looking knob, that doesn't lock. All the numbers light up, so I am assuming that the New battery I installed is working. And all those Utube digital content is way too fast, stop compressing the content. How about some content of Troubleshooting???? UPDATE- I see what happened, but no information exists to let you know this-- I had inserted the wiring in upside down. The white wire should be pointing towards the ground. They tired to put some red paint to indicate which way to put the wire into; but it's very faint.

Read directions! There are 2 unlock codes that you get out of the box. If you don't use the correct one it won't work. I thought mine was defective until I figured this out. When I did it works beautifully!

It was great while it lasted but I used the key once to get in and now the key pad doesn’t work contacted support with no response

Works great. Live the safety feature in case it dies or have issues with the code.

Was super easy to install. Worked great once. Stopped locking. Took apart and the outside door know mechanism was in pieces. The lock nut separated and could not be reattached. It’s a shame seemed like a good product. Guess you get what you pay for.

Sleek and solid. Instructions were simple and set up went really smooth. Does need battery that IS NOT included. But luckily had extra ones. Only complaint i had. Happy with purchase otherwise.
