About this phone for my granddaughter and she is very happy with it we've always liked the Motorola

Was so nervous to buy a phone on Amazon but it works great ( I have metro pcs) came looking brand new!

it came without scratches and works good, faster than my old phone has more storage and cheaper, the camera quaity sucks but hey its a hundred dollar phone, i just needed a cheap semi modern phone

The phone arrived in nice shape, and I was prepared to use my new phone. I went to insert the SIM card and the name Cricket Network came up? Now I have T-Mobile which was supposed to be supported by the phone, but it was locked to Cricket. I thought it was the seller but this seller has been so helpful in trying to help me get a refund, Amazon wants me to wait a month for a refund that they sold to me that didn't work. Needing a phone, I took my last money for the month (I'm on a fixed income) and ordered another one hoping for the best. "How stupid could I have been", the second one came in and the SIM card door wouldn't even open and it was all scratched up like the last person tried to get it open and discovered they couldn't get it open either! What the hell..... So here I go to return it too, then I found out it could take up to 30 days to get a refund for a phone that was sold as "unlocked". Now I have to wait until next month to be able to get a phone because of their poor-quality products. Then the biggest kick in the head came when I had to return it, even though Amazon sold me the phone that I couldn't use, they wanted me to pay $7.99 to have it picked up by UPS for the return? I don't drive and that's why I order through them but they didn't care and I had to pay someone to take me to the UPS store anyway! I'll never order another phone from Amazon!

The phone worked very well.

These phones are good little phones and although unlocked there is still some services they don’t work with. Which makes it hard when deciding to get a phone offline because you don’t have the imei ahead of time to check to see if it will work with your service. So please be advised this may or may not work with your carrier. I ended up having to go with a different carrier. But they were packaged well and arrived when they were supposed to . And without having the Imei to check your service and compatibility ahead of time I would check around first plus being the age the price was a little steep but needed something quick.

It may be a 2022 model but it does Android 13, has a great camera, plenty of storage and is fast. What more do you need? Mine was supposedly refurbished but it looks brand new and the charger that came with it is awesome, complete with a display that shows voltage and amperage - very cool. You don't need to spend $600 for a phone they does everything.
