Capsules are large.
If you have a problem swallowing pills these are not for you. I usually have no problem swallowing pills but these are big!

I find the powder version easier
To me 3 capsules a day is to much work, I find it easier to stir the powder formula into a drink or smoothie. The capsules are also quite large.
