Q: Does it have Carribean and other islands?

Hello! Bigger islands like Bahamas, Hispaniola, Cuba or Jamaica are on the map with capitol. Smaller islands like for example parts of the Lesser Antilles are there but without capitol due to lack of space.

Q: Does this come with pins?

Yes but we purchased a separate set of metal pins so it had a more upscale look.

Q: How would you hang the map on a wall? What materials do I need?

Hi! We would recommend short nails of adhesive strips.
