The price of replacing the Tineco filters was reasonable, but there is some confusion about replacing the HEPA filter. The owner's manual says to replace it once a year, but there are no instructions about how to do so. I finally found a short video on YouTube that showed how to do it. I managed, but it was difficult. However, that being said, the filters appear to be doing a good job.

Works good

Great value to get so many filters. My vacuum had been giving an air flow error and now that the filters are switched it’s working great.

Somehow our whole filter part was thrown away when last cleaned and dumped! So had to buy replacement parts. These filters seem to be doing a good job so far.

This was exactly what I needed! The filter it came with was hard to clean and the vaccum kept saying it was still dirty dont know why 😒

Accurate replacement

My granddaughters did not know to clean my S11 after use and it was non-functional when returned to me. It would turn on, run for 10 seconds, and then shut off. I watched videos guiding me through trouble-shooting the cause of the problem. When I tried running the vac without these filters, it ran fine. So I ordered these replacements and it's back to running full force. I guess just cleaning these filters only works for so long.
