It has a really nice, easy swing and feel to it, and the non-tangle feature is a legitimate lifesaver. I spend less time wrestling with a knotted mess and more time trying to look like I know what I'm doing. Adjusting the length was also super easy—I just snipped the ends on both sides for a perfect fit. A quick word of advice from someone who learned the hard way: wear shoes. Getting whipped on the toes by this rope is a uniquely painful experience I wouldn't wish on anyone. Painful life lessons aside, it's become a core part of my daily routine. I use it for a 10 to 15-minute warm-up before every training session, and it's been brilliant for building my endurance. I’m genuinely impressed with the Elite Jumps Adjustable Jump Rope. I’ve been working on beginner tricks, and this rope helped me finally get the hang of the criss-cross because it spins smoothly and consistently without fighting you the way cheap “basic” jump ropes do. The difference in speed and overall performance is night and day. With my old ropes, I felt like I was compensating for the rope; with this one, I can focus on timing, footwork, and progress. This jump rope is perhaps the best quality product of its type I've ever seen, aside from Elite Jumps' own weighted jump ropes, which I also purchased. The material is extremely tough and withstands all environments and weather conditions, as well as situations such as being dropped and accidentally trampled upon by clumsy newbies learning the ropes of jumping (pun not intended). It doesn't take up a lot of space, had a variety of aesthetically pleasing color varieties to choose from, is very light weight, and maintains a flexible form no matter how you store it. Additionally, the way that the rope is connected to the handles minimizes maladaptive wrist torsion and twisting, allowing the user to focus on their form for fitness purposes or learning tricks. Elite Jumps provides an easy-to-follow guide with your ropes to help you understand how to adjust your product to the proper length for the bodies using them, allowing them to be the right length for any user. Amazing jump ropes overtime got a lot better with them I love that you can change the height to your liking and also the quality feels really nice the handles feel okay because they feel like cheap plastic but overall there really nice for the price I think its a bang for your buck

This is a nice rope. The quality is good it feels tough. It is fully adjustable and has plenty of extra rope to do that. The rope is thicker than it looks in the pictures which is nice for a beginner because you want that extra feedback. If I had to have a con I would say the price. I think around $15 would feel like a fair premium. It isn’t your run of the mill cheap rope but it also isn’t some super complicated fancy rope. I did contact them to ask them why their “Boxer Rope” is cheaper despite having a swivel head. The Boxer rope has swivel ends and a 5mm cord. This rope has no swivel heads and a 6mm rope. They said, believe it or not, after adding the swivel heads the core rope still ends up being slightly more expensive because of the 6mm rope. As for a beginner, they said both would be great for a beginner BUT the thicker rope and lack of swivels means this rope will provide slightly more feedback. So I went with this one. Overall it is nice and will probably last me awhile with the usual cord replacements every now and then.

Just as advertised. Its nothing too fancy but its easy to adjust the length and it holds it just fine. Very basic but as far as I can tell reliable jump rope.
