The last protein powder I bought was a vanilla flavour from another brand. It was really gross! I tried all sorts of serving methods (mixing with milk, water, even hot chocolate) and they were all borderline undrinkable. The artificial flavour and sweetness was nauseating. But I forced myself to down it because I thought that's just how protein powder was supposed to be.Well, I just tried this stuff (with milk), and I'm a fan. I wouldn't go as far as saying it tastes *good*, but it's very drinkable. Chuggable, even. Mixes easily, with few lumps, too.I still have about a third of a bag of that other brand left, and having tasted the difference, there's no way I'm going back. It's going in the bin!So yeah, if you're not a fan of other flavours you've tried so far, definitely go for unflavoured. Given the prevalence of flavoured options I just assumed the "raw" version tasted bad, but it really doesn't. It's not a *good* flavour, just neutral really, which is all I need.

I've only been drinking it for a week or so now and I can't vouch for its protein or content in general. And I guess it doesn't mix easily with cold milk but I be damned if I lied and say the thing is not tasty. It has made me workout everyday because I just wanna have a pink of it as a milkshake every night. So big up guys at Myprotein. I just pray it doesn't have crazy chemicals in it lol.

I have been buying different varieties of protein powder for the last eight years and I have rarely posted reviews. However, the MyProtein impact whey (I buy banana) is one of the best products on the market and represents an unbeatable price.For the money I believe it would be hard to find a better product, both in terms of flavour and consistency as well as nutritional value. The powder mixes easily with both water and milk and has a reasonably strong, but not overpowering taste.Each 25 gram scoop has a modest 20 grams of protein which makes this shake ideal for taking multiple times a day. I also find it ideal for cutting weight due to the limited calorie, fat and carbohydrate content.This shake may not be suitable for anyone looking for a hard gainer shake due to the lack of carbohydrate but for simple strength and conditioning training this great value product is everything I was looking for.

I would argue that any protein powder flavour is never going to be a culenary delight. My personal choice is to stump for vanilla and would say that it is not too sweet or outrageously fake; both of which are really common in other brands and make drinking them a chore.I had an amazon logisitics faff with this order, no fault of supplier, all previous purchases have arrived with no issue at all. The reason i mention it is that i tried to find an alternative when i had run out to tide me over and it reminded me why once you have found the right brand for you, it's best to stick with them in this arean. For me this is one of the few powders that mixes easily. i use one of them metal mixer ball dodads but even with that other brands seem insistent on clumping and resist proper mixing without use of an industrial shaker. This stuff just mixes, a couple of shakes and it is done.My personal preference is to mix in some flax seed to aid digestion, and then when prepping my shake add half a teaspoon of decaf coffee granules and a splash of milk with the water.Have used this stuff for a number of years, and have just bought 5kg more, as i am smashing through it with all the training that COVID has allowed me!
