They’re glasses for one thing but the blue light protection doesn’t really work. Or I rubbed the layer off? They are sort of hard to open and close. Overall quality is decent (dropped a few times). Haven't had them long enough to dictate eye strain but it appears to help. For a few bucks and overnight shipping its worth it
