Tim Burton: Collection [8 Film] [DVD] [1985]

An eclectic collection of some of Burton's best. Particular favourites such as Beetlejuice and Sweeney Todd can be found here and obviously the Batman films are good too. This is a great introduction for newbies to Burton and a great collection of favourites for established fans.

Great value collection. Batman, Batman returns, Beetlejuice, The Corpse bride, Pee-Wee's big adventure and Sweeney Todd are excellent. Not quite as good are Mars Attacks and 'Charlie and the Chocolate factory'.Well worth buying for the first six alone then the other two are bonuses,

What is there to say really!!!This man is a legend i really enjoyed this set so much 2 batman films are excellent,corpse bride is funny and touching Sweeney Todd is rather chilling and well i could go on the book that comes with this set is incredible full of trivia and behind the scenes infohighly recomenned

A fantastic collection of some of Burton's best movies but it does lack the obvious Edward Scissorhands, Sleepy Hollow and one of my favs (although not the critics) Big Fish. Later hit and miss movies like Dark Shadows and Alice in Wonderland aren't there and rightly so as they are not up to Burtons usual quality.The set itself is great, although i have noticed several of my bluray discs do not have English text on the disc itself, but Spanish i think, strange thing to do but a minor issue.The tranfers of the early films like Batman and Beetlejuice are great and look nice on DVD, the later movies such as Corpse Bride look crisp and as they should being modern movies.All in all, a great collection well worth the money

This is actually the first time I've bought a director's collection before but I have to say this is money well spent. I'm a big Tim Burton fan and this is a very good list of films some I haven't seen before, IE Pee Wee's Big Adventure and Corpse Bride and they haven't let me down. The set comes with a little book that has great artwork and information inside and the Blu-ray transfers themselves are great. overall, if you're a Burton fan like I am, I would certainly recommend this.

I love Tim Burton and his films, would like a few more of his films in the collection but still really happy with it, it was the least expensive of any other competitors, delivery was really fast. Can't fault it

I love these films! One of the disks is almost completely blank on both sides, and it confused me so much! But I think I know which side is which now! Other than that, the movies are great, nothing was broken.
