They do an alright job. I use three of these to hang all my short shorts.Pros - good quality material, really does saves space, rotates easily, looks just like the picturesCons - the second you start taking clothes off the hanger throughout the week, it gets imbalanced and weighed down on either side which is just annoying so it’s not level, also think about the logistics of hanging shorts on here one by one; it’s not that easy to get the clips on

I actually bought these to hang my boots and it works perfectly! It’s strong enough to hold five pairs of boots and the rubber grips don’t let the boots slip out and don’t leave marks on the boots. This has saved so much space on the shoe rack and floor of my closet!
