This tent is truly eye-catching. While camping, many people approached us with questions about it. As a family with two children, security is paramount for us, and this tent delivers far better than others due to its superior sealing. Even in cold weather, including winter, a small heater from Walmart makes it feel like home. We've tried other tents, but none compare. After using this one, we can't imagine settling for anything else. It's a genuine home away from home in nature. I'm writing this review two years after purchase because of the exceptional customer service. Last week, one of the air tubes developed a leak. Initially, I thought I had bought a poor-quality product. However, I decided to contact the seller for solutions, though I didn't have high hopes. To my surprise, the seller responded promptly and resolved the issue within a week, even trying to find a replacement. This is the best customer service I've ever experienced, especially considering it's been two years since the purchase!

I just tried putting the tent up this week. After 3 days of trying to use the (broken) pump that came with it, searching my home for an alternate pump, and going to the hardware store to buy a NEW one (wrong end, none of them fit the intake hose on the tent), I am seriously considering returning this and getting my money back. If I had decided NOT to put it up in the side yard BEFORE I went camping, and hadn't been able to camp, I would have written the most scathing review on this page and recommended that NO ONE buy it. As it is, we will see what Baralir wants to do about it. I am giving 3 stars pending a response. Update: 2 days later an the tent is half up with an electric pump. This tent in NO WAY goes up in minutes with a hand pump as advertised. I paid $421.99 American dollars for this piece of garbage and I cannot blow it up. I gave Baralir 1 star for sending me a replacement hand pump, which to my knowledge has not even shipped as yet, gently suggesting that they send it express at which time I was informed that they would send it by way of UPS or the U.S. Postal Service, which would take at least 3-5 business days. They dont care enough about me after paying over $400 to overnight a cheap plastic hand pump. So I can use their substandard product. Look for another update after I figure a way out of this mess.

This tent is awesome. Easy to put up. Just know it's like anything that blows up, you have to add a little more air every 3 days.

I originally bought a bell tent that I loved but it was destroyed by a fallen tree. So I decided to give this one a try. First, it took me forever to blow it up. I couldn’t figure out how to keep the air pump in the hole. Once I did, it took about 8-10 min to inflate. The pump that comes with the tent is the only one that will inflate it so I wouldn’t bother with any other. Second, I had a 3m bell tent and it was al nice a size. I could fit a queen bed, coffee camping table, 2 camping chairs, wood stove, and storage containers. This tent barely fit my queen bed. It was wall to wall and since the doors don’t shut at the bottom I could feel the cold on the bottom of the blow up mattress. The only other thing I could fit was a small table and some wood for the stove. Lastly, I had to cut a hole in the roof because there as no stove jack.. I knew that beforeI bought it, I just didn’t enjoy cutting a hole in my tent. This text can fit 2 people. Cozied up. It’s very small. It’s great for small children.
