OK for keeping tabs on your waistline. I mark directly on the tape.

Not quite as useful as I expected!
As a tape measure, I was disappointed that I didn't notice that it is metric only (no imperial measurements). Also, the BMI wheel is not easy to read - it's too small and the plastic is so thick that it's hard to line things up properly.

Handy gadget
Handy pocket size measure. Little difficult to read scale accurately due to size but easy to get quick conversions. Tape measure good & retracts easily
