Judging from reviews, it looks like this laptop is a roulette of it being in good condition or poor condition upon arrival. It looks like I got lucky and mine works well upon arrival. The battery life is poor and the external parts are beat up, but the internal components and the screen are fine. For the low price, I would consider this excellent. Just be mindful of Windows 10's end-of-life coming in late 2025, if security is a risk you care about for your laptop. But for minor school, work, and hobby documents with no seriously confidential information, a cheap laptop with Win 10 like this ought to be good enough.

Very pleased with this purchase! I work on my laptop and my old one recently broke and so I bought this hoping it would be a decent replacement. This one is SO much better than my old laptop, the quality is fantastic, it’s sturdy and heavy duty but not super heavy at the same time. The picture is crisp, the touchscreen works great and the keyboard is perfect. There was a small scuff on the outside of the laptop but it doesn’t bother me at all, if anything I can just put a sticker over it. I will definitely keep this store in mind for future purchases!

I am an IPC610-A certified inspector. Right out of the packaging, I put it in its protective case and inspected it. Already, I have found foreign material inside one of the USB ports, as well as a thick layer of dust in all of them. No doubt this was sitting in a tote with the ports facing the ceiling of whatever renewal center it was in.It did not come with a power adapter and it is not charged. I have ordered an adapter. I will charge it and edit this review accordingly.So far, I'm not impressed.

I will update this review in a few weeks, unless it turns out I have to return it.Pros include:-the size is convenient, great price point, good sound quality, love the touch screen and the versatility, the display is really nice for being 720p, Bluetooth &split screen capability, decent option for digital drawings. The ram is low but it's pretty fast for the ram that it has. The battery life really does last for several hoursCons:Some of the keys stick, making it hard to type, came a smidge dirty but that's okay. The small size makes the keyboard a little hard to use. The USB ports are also very tight, I'm not sure if that Is a design flaw or a defect but it's a difficult squeeze. Low ram and the ram can't be updated. The coating on the case is peeling off in some placesVideo editing (premiere pro) is very slow going due to only having 8 gigs of ram, but it's not impossible.

Let me start by saying this is an great little tablet pc. The only issue is that it can't be upgraded to Windows 11. My work around is, to have anti-virus that updates hourly and to be aggressive with the firewall. With Microsoft not supporting win 10 in October of 2025, this is a must. Every thing else about this little wonder, is just right for all that I do with a computer. It is a little heavy but I'm not some weakling, unable to carry it. Oh and the price, UNBEATABLE!UPDATE! It seems that I was mistaken about this tablet pc ability to be updated to Windows 11. It can indeed be updated and will have all the security features present on that system. I changed the star rating from 4 to 5 stars. THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THIS DEVICE. I recommend it highly.

It's a small gem that looks great and works perfectly. Well, the #4 key sticks a little, but that's minor. The touchscreen works great. I tried the tablet feature and no problems! I'm very happy with it, especially the lighted power cable. I wish my main laptop had that feature. The battery holds a good charge. It didn't come with a manual, but I can probably find one online.I prefer a larger laptop, but needed a backup to use when I take my main laptop in for some needed repair. I'll also use this one for travel. I had forgotten what a pain it is to set up Windows, but you have to do that with any new computer.FYI, you DO NOT have to set up an online account for Windows. Look for a spot during setup that says "Local Account". For me, it was on the bottom left of the screen when being prompted to set up an account.

It's a refurbished. That's o k, I'm down with it. But the charger would not charge the laptop.When I contact and customer service. They told me to send it back, and they could send me out another one or buy a new charger. Like wow, OK so I did. and then after I got it charged. It don't hold a charge long. I think it needs a new battery. Then finally getting to use it as some of the key stick on it. That r Having To deal with that kind of crazy mess. I find it Insane to be told What I was told. For it to be handled the way that it was handled, I find it inappropriate and Not satisfied with seller and the outcome.But all and all, I like the laptop. It's just what I needed. It's a great 2 and 1 tablet laptop, small, portable. It downloads and performs very well other than being slow because of the battery and it doesn't hold a charge long, It's great, nice price other than dealing with the BS...
