Good all-around PC
I've been a fan of mini-pcs for some time. I currently have a couple of Gigabyte Brix machines running dlna and Minecraft servers (altho my kids don't really use the latter much anymore). With this latest purchase of the NUC11, I now have one NUC8 w/ 8th generation i5 cpu and two NUC11s with the 11th generation i5. We use the NUC8 and one of the NUC11s at home for general home office tasks as well as playing Minecraft and a couple of Steam games (nothing very taxing for the hardware). One of my kids has the other NUC11 at school. My impressions of the NUC11 are overall very good. It appears to be well-built with what seems to be decent quality RAM and system disk. There is a 3 yr warranty. I was somewhat disappointed to realize there isn't a built-in mic like my NUC8 has, but that's not a big deal. There is an adequate selection of ports. In terms of performance, the NUC11 is clearly faster than the NUC8, both of which are adequately fast for our use. The NUC11 scored 1963/6431 on the Geekbench 6 benchmark.I'll point out that I have no particular use for Windows so all of my experience with the NUCs has been on linux. I've been very happy running linux on the NUC11. All my NUCs (as well as the Brixes mentioned above) are running Ubuntu 22.04.3. I'll note that the NUC8 has been upgraded from an initial install of 18.04, w/o any issues. The NUC11 my kid uses at school is a dual boot setup, but my kid says the Windows portion doesn't really get used, so I can't say much about either using Windows on the NUC11 or about any potential problems with running a dual-boot configuration on this hardware and with this pair of OSes. My kid reports that there are no issues running Ubuntu after using it for the last 10 months.

So far so good
Does what it says on the tin. Windows 11 booted right up, I was able to update drivers pretty easily with an assist from Intel’s NUC site. Using it has been plain sailing so far.During light use it’s not audible to me at all. So far only installations have loaded it enough to spin the fan up enough to hear it, and it’s never approached loud; my DVR makes more noise at times. My monitors were already on VESA mounts so I spent an extra $13 for an offset plate to mount the NUC to: the mounting hardware that’s included in this kit will work if your monitor is on it’s manufacturer’s stand and the VESA mount points are unused. That was completely expected though, so no star knocked off for it.Connecting a Bluetooth headset was a cinch. Also nice to not have to move around the old wired usb headset between old pcs that didn’t have Bluetooth support any more.Happy to have decluttered my desk with a reasonably priced machine that’s more than capable to drive dual monitors, act as a VDI client for work and a little light gaming for play.

Tiny computer, with power under the hood
I purchased this computer for my mom, she wanted something small to fit on her tiny desk, and this fit the bill. This little computer has plenty of connections for her use, for work, internet browsing, and watching videos, you can’t find a better route to go. It will also handle lite gaming with ease especially games designed for tablets or phones. They even make a more powerful setup with an i7 processor, that has 16gb more memory and a 1tb nvme SSD should you need more. This one came with an i5 12th gen processor, 16gb memory and 500 nvme SSD which is plenty powerful enough for what she’s using it for. I don’t think I’d buy anything but these NUC tiny computers anymore unless I needed a dedicated graphics card for gaming, but then again you could probably connect one to this computer via lithe latest lighting connector or USB-C connector, though I haven’t tried. To top all that off, it also comes with the latest and greatest Bluetooth and WiFi 6E chips built into the computer which I believe can be upgraded just like the memory and SSD can should needed. The computer came with windows 11 installed so setting this up was a breeze, just plug it in, download the latest windows updates and then I recommend downloading intels automatic driver updater and your all set.

Nice unit, non-OEM SSD and RAM (but that's OK)
I was originally concerned since the box had obviously been opened, then noticed the SSD was Kingston (a name brand) rather than Intel. Memory was Crucial - another top tier brand.. Yeah!!! I then re-read the listing and the seller discloses that the factory seal on the box is opened prior to sale to add non-OEM SSD and Ram. It works great, and CrystalDiskInfo did not show hours on the SSD indicating it was anything other than new and unused.Changed to 4 stars - CPU Is not the one in the listing, but actually a 12th generation i7 rather than 11th generation. Obviously no intent to defraud, but it shows a lack of attention to detail.

Garbage
Horrible waste of time and money. Overheats and errors all the time.

Great computer for the office
This has been a good solution for our clinics. Small and compact with more than enough RAM and storage. We have purchased multiple and would purchase again.
