First time to rinse for 30 secs feels long due to strong mint flavour, but from next use onwards it gets better. This product is very good for daily use. It has very nice and refreshing fragrance and gives you comedienne right after using it. It seems to be a good product for our gum protection and Teath protection. Recommended to be used on regular basis.
