...i like this...good to take after exercise, and helps with restful sleep...not hard to take, and does not smell bad.

I'm 55 and I feel these actually work in helping me build muscle. I heard that you should cycle these on for 3 months and then off for a month as if you use them without pause they are not as effective. I also read that for people under 40 HMB ins't effective at all. How effective are they for me? While I didn't measure, I would say between when I was off and when I was on I notice about a 10% difference.

I work out daily and take one of these. Is it working? Is it not working? I’m not sure I have bought a second bottle.

筋トレ１～２時間前に飲んでいます。1錠が大きすぎます。なので口の中で割って飲み込んでいますが、まずいし臭いですね。数値として変化がないと信じられないので、実際の効果は回答できません。私の場合、これを飲むと体が重くなるような気がするのですが。
