I absolutely love this system — it’s made keeping my house smelling amazing incredibly easy. Once you get the hang of the app, scheduling scent releases is simple and very customizable. There is a bit of a learning curve at first, but after a short adjustment period it’s intuitive and works really well. Installation was the most intimidating part for me as a homeowner with zero HVAC experience. That said, once you figure out which part of the furnace to drill into, the rest is surprisingly straightforward. Wedge the hose into place and secure it with silicone caulk, and you’re good to go. The scent oils are a bit pricey upfront, but the app allows you to fine-tune schedules so you’re not wasting product. I actually sat down and compared my monthly spending on Bath & Body Works wall plugins and similar products, and while Aromaplan has a higher initial cost, it ends up saving money over time. I also appreciate how easy the app makes reordering oils, and there are almost always sales running, which helps offset the cost. Overall, it’s been a fantastic upgrade and well worth it for whole-home scenting without constant maintenance.

The best diffuser with the most amazing scents. I love every fragrance I’ve tried, this is already my second one! It arrives right on time and is extremely easy to set up. I honestly can’t live without the scent it leaves throughout my home. The devices are controlled through an app, where you can schedule the days and times you want it to run, as well as adjust the intensity of the fragrance in the space. You can even turn it on from your phone when you’re on your way home,so simple and convenient! I absolutely love my AromaPlan and highly recommend it!

Works as advertised. It comes with two scent samples (they will last about a week each) they are nice, (24 Knights smells fruity, Dubai smells more musky) but we purchased Apple Cinnamon for our house. App is easy to use and works from a distance. Put it on our main floor when we first got it. Our first floor is 700 sq feet; it easily kept it smelling nice on the lowest setting. A few days later attached it to our HVAC, had to turn it up to 7 (settings are 1-10) intensity to get the smell through the whole house (our house is 2100 sq feet with basement). It will take a few days to permeate through the house; it does take a few HVAC cycles to smell. Overall very pleased with this unit. We have 2 dogs and the house doesn’t smell like dogs anymore. Works as advertised. Highly recommended.

As soon as I open the front door, you can already feel the fragrance, and I constantly receive compliments from guests about how good my home smells.The scent distribution is very even, not overpowering, but long-lasting and luxurious. It truly makes the house feel welcoming and elevated. It also came with two fragrances, and both smell absolutely incredible — high quality and very pleasant. I’m very impressed with the performance and the results. Highly recommend this product if you want your home to always smell fresh and elegant!

I really like this but like most I don't like the app. It needs work. I also really don't like that it doesn't let you know when your oil is empty. I'm finding after 2 weeks I need to replace and put more oil in. The oil is pretty expensive!! I like so far the oils except for 1 the bamboo that was a funky smell. Right now I have 24K Magic in, I like the Dubai also..... But I think the oils are too pricey!!. I don't have any issue with noise mine sits on a TV stand the TV above on the wall I hear nothing not a big deal. I found when you replace your oil you do need to reset by pressing the little black button on the side hold in until you hear the 3 beeps then let go. It does make my home smell really nice I had to fiddle with the intensity on the app a little when I first got it, I had it set to high it was overwhelming for my size home, 1480 sq ft, I have it on 3. The set up was easy and getting it on the app was easy but I don't find the app user friendly.

For starters, the packaging was pretty good. It definitely gave the appearance of a solid and premium product, which I wouldn’t have expected for a diffuser. The instructions also made the process seem straight forward. Pretty much remove all plastics, unlock the reservoir, fill, then place it back and plug in. This is where things get iffy. For starters, you aren’t really able to see much of the vapor coming out to know it’s functioning properly unless you hold a light (In my case, a phone light) to the nozzle. Only then will you see a faint stream. Next, it took a while for the smell to really become noticeable. No, I didn’t use the company brand oil because I enjoy having an arm and a leg. However, this shouldn’t invalidate any sort of use with the product. Instead, I found a scent for half the price for the same amount, and it had plenty of nice reviews. This brings me to my next point… the noise. Unless I got the most poorly assembled refurbished unit (which everything, including the Amazon box, came without a dent.), this thing is anything but quiet. I’m currently in my bedroom and hear the unit vibrating in the living room. The hum on its own might not have been so bad if half the volume, but the sound of metal vibrating is anything but quiet, let alone noise free. To be frank, if I didn’t desperately want to counter the dogs smells in my house, I would have returned it for this fact alone. Finally, and probably most important of all, I didn’t even get to experience it’s full fragrance output for a week because of not noticing what is now a senseless attachment on the container tubing. There’s a black (rubber filter?) piece with holes on the end of the stem. After wondering why no vapor was coming out of the nozzle and I smelled little to no fragrance, I opened the bottle to find that the rubber piece had melted onto and inside of the tubing due to putting ONLY essential oil in the reservoir as advertised. Thankfully, my wife is good with tinkering and needles & carefully removed the melted gunk from the tube. After this and filtering out rubber pieces in the oil, my overpriced diffuser now fills the room with scent, just as long as it’s not movie night or something requiring a quiet room. TLDR: The product looks and feels premium, but it makes WAY more noise than advertised. It also has a design flaw with the filter piece that will melt in the reservoir since it’s made of the wrong material (Company will likely blame it on the oil concentrate not being their brand). Otherwise, it definitely puts out fragrance. Is it worth the price? - No Does it have potential? - Yes Would I recommend it? For the price, no.
