By far my favorite phone. The battery life is great, main hinge is very durable, and i think its a good value for the money. The screen quality is comparable to other phones. I would recommend a screen protector for your front screen because I've cracked 2 of them, but it was definitely my fault and not the phone's. Until that point, I didn't even notice a scratch. The only other issue I've had was overheating, but only in direct sunlight. Other than that, over heating was not an issue. This phone feels great in the hand and is a good size inside and out.

I haven't had the phone 30 minutes yet, so nothing bad!I've heard of people getting fast service I have never got service this fast. I'm almost thinking this company lives next door to me. I'll comment later after I've gotten a chance to get used to it about how great the party is but it was packaged extremely professional it was packaged great very great so I have nothing bad to say!!That was 30 minutes after getting the phone but 4 days later a line appeared on the screen. I immediately contacted RECELL There were problems in communication right off the bat. I wasn't displeased right then, I know it's a business but in today's times. You can't expect a person to go without a phone for 2-3 days. Especially one that cost so much, I venture to say myself like most people don't understand the difference in a third party company on Amazon. And Amazon stores directly, I sent my previous phone in to, to have a discount rate on the new phone from "recell" but they are separate. So I would have no fall back phone they didn't care, I asked but there was no work around. Not to mention you can't talk to anybody directly, Everything has to be on email or through Amazon site. Where you have x amount of characters in which to type a message. The purchase description doesn't tell you all of these things!After all of this, I find out I'm only getting half or my $900/something Repayment. Because they say the phone was broken. It was not broken! And it was not shipped broken, it was shipped in the same box my brand new phone was. It was packaged very well, and there was no cracks on the screen, they attempted to send me a screenshots but nothing would open.DON'T BUY REFURBISHED PHONES from them "RE-CELL". My wife tried to tell me not to but I was trying to save money now I've paid more! You NEVER HAVE TO WORRY about me buying anything from you again!!

Almost one month ago, I bought this phone and have been using it regularly. Overall, it is working well.1. The phone looked 100% new when I received it.2. The battery performs excellently; after charging, I can use it for a day and a half.I did encounter a small issue with the system because the phone was locked by the admin. I contacted Amazon and the seller's customer service, and they were very friendly and helpful in resolving the issue. If they couldn't fix it, they offered to arrange a return and refund.In the end, everything is working well, and I appreciate the great service I received.I love it! I'm seriously loving this phone. I'd been eyeing a co-worker's phone for a few years, and when I belatedly realized my Note 9 (which I hardly ever used) was no longer supported, I went for this right away. I think my only disappointment is that the S-Pen doesn't work the same on a Z Fold as it does for the Note. I'm happy with the screen, the battery life, the storage, the reception (not the best where I live, but this phone makes the best of it), the way the apps run, and the feel of the phone--although I keep it in a case, because I drop everything. I've yet to take more than one photo in it, but that one was fine. I may be firmly in the Apple walled garden, with my iPhone, Apple Watch, Apple TV, iPad, and MacBook Air, but I hardly use my iPhone anymore; it's now kind of just there to make certain features work on its fruity Companions.Some of my relatives who saw my phone over the holidays liked it. They lost interest when I answered their questions about the price, but my point is they were intrigued by my phone!If I could, I'd take off half a star for the way Samsung nerfed the S-Pen, but that's not an option. I don't think the loss of that functionality is worth a whole star, so it gets five in my book.

Shipping on this phone was Excellant. Expected delivery was about 5-7 days but came on the 2nd day. The condition was said to be good but it's more of an acceptable condition, because there were some dings on sides and a scratch on bottom. Nothing too crazy because case covers them, but I mean thought the condition would be a bit better. The fold experience is definitely an experience and would definitely recommend it. Gaming,videos, multitasking is just amazing. The camera on the front is actually very good and the camera facing you is amazing...but all that changes once you open the phone up. The camera becomes like a early 2000s camera and kinda blurry for the camera facing you. . Overall because of the condition of the phone I would give this a 4/5 rating but if it was in better condition and a discount was given then I would definitely be giving a 5/5.

Good phone, I like it, useful for viewing maps more accurately.
