For reference, I am a 50 year old, 5'1 woman with petite arms/legs that has had Fibromyalgia, arthritis and degenerative disc disease in my spine for many years. I'm always on the lookout for items to bring relief. Recently tried a few massage products (one was from this same company) but returned them, but this massager will be the one to stay. I purchased this on Cyber Monday for $119 and give it 5 stars for that price. I've had a Homedics brand one for a few years but it is only for the back. I especially bought this for the included neck feature because I was told by my Rheumatologist that I now have the neck of a 65 year old and the muscles have gotten very painful the last year. Fibromyalgia can make it tricky to use these types of massagers, depending on where you have tender spots and how sensitive they are. So, with that in mind, I personally found the adjustments helpful and I love that there is a "rolling" option as it's still strong but a bit less aggressive than the "shiatsu" in my opinion. I use it with the flap on. It's true that a blanket or towel will soften it more if you need that. The heat on the back part is decent, but if you are used to using a heating pad on high settings, you might find it lacking. For comparison, I use a big Pur heating pad on #4/5 and I'd say the massager's heat feels like maybe #3. I like how it works in a dining room chair or my recliner. You can adjust further like is mentioned...with a cushion underneath. The neck shiatsu part is very nice and strong enough to relieve the tightness. There is a "heat" option for the neck but I find it too mild for any impact. As for the "vibration", meh-I tried it, but probably won't use that feature, but used all together it's a pretty relaxing overall experience. I mainly bought this for the massage features and I realize they aren't going to be absolutely perfect in every way. That being said, I'm happy I purchased it! My perfect scenario, of course, would be having a live-in massage therapist to give me a daily massage, or one of Planet Fitness' Hydrotherapy beds installed in my home, but THAT'S not going to happen lol, so this massager is the next best thing. Their products are easy to return if it doesn't work for you. Try it!

Hubby took a risk buying this for me. I've been having neck, shoulder and lower back issues. First thing you need to know is that it is very heavy (maybe 20-25 pounds?). But I can still move it between the couch and my recliner. I've been using it daily, and it's really helping with the stiffness in my neck muscles, and it's really relaxing on my back. You can adjust the pressure and add heat. The heat is very mild. You can select full back, upper or lower, and neck only, meaning you can isolate and/or target four areas. Also, it has a setting called "spot" and the massage rollers will stay in the spot (e.g. lower back) until you change the setting. I especially like that you can change the direction of the circling massage at the neck level. The cord is adequately long. The remote is easy to read. I am 5'4' and it fits my back okay. It probably would not fit someone shorter than 5'2'. It would fit someone taller easily. Cons: The straps are not long enough to wrap around any chair. Also, because it is heavy, it doesn't stay in position very well on my leather couch. I like it to be in a vertical position, so when it slips down, it's hard for me to stay in alignment and the rollers end up being too high. It might be the combination of the massager fabric against leather.

Ne va pas assez haut sur les épaules, mais le reste est parfait.

El asiento solo duró el mes funcionando al 100% después al dar el masaje en la espalda baja empieza a tronar y atorarse y en el masaje que te proporciona en la parte de cuello empieza a rechinar y por el precio se esperaba de mejor calidad lo cual no fue así por lo que no se los recomiendo me deje llevar por las buenas opiniones pero yo creo que a todos esos clientes ya han de estar ballatando con el producto
