Q: hi nettie ive just brought this not enough pressure to the fountain what have i done wrong

Hi I've noticed on my filter my led spotlight gone dim so checked it today and there is water in the led light bit is this normal all seal are tite

Q: I have just cleaned out the filter, but I may have put things back in in the wrong order. Can you let me know what goes in from the bottom to the top?
