Poor Warranty
Had this car seat for 6 months, great. Worked really well.. paid a premium, but it seemed worth it.Then due to what appears to be poor sewing at the factory a rubber stop came off the end of one of the belts and it got lost inside the unit.Jane refuted any responsibility for this and said it was accidental damage as it because the harness was pulled out too far. We're unsure really what else could go wrong with a car seat other then the straps breaking, or something catastrophic - which obviously would be far beyond a warranty issue! So what really does this 'warranty' cover?
