Q: Does this help with sciatica pain?

It helps me with my Herniated Disc so I assume it helps with Sciatica.

Q: Will it spoil if you forget to put in the fridge, or does it just lose potency?

No we do not keep it in the fridge and it hasn't spoiled yet. There is nothing on the jar that says it needs refridgeration

Q: percentage of capsaicin?

The 2 oz I bought states 40,000 H U and the 4 oz does not list any value. I bought the 2 oz after seeing someone else comment that the 2 oz was hotter. They seem the same to me though.

Q: Has anyone used this on shingles?

Since this produces some heat I would not suggest this for shingles - could irritate a bit and shingles are painful enough. Dr. Christopher also has a complete tissue and bone product that would probably be better for shingles - I have not personally tried this for shingles but have used it on other tissue problems and it was great (tissue and bone product - used on burns and nettle problem)
