Works flawlessly. I use it for a sound healing chair and couldn't be happier.

Works for what I needed. Output from my notebook was too low to drive the speakers I pulled from an old monitor and put into a new one that did not come with speakers. Old monitor must have had an amp built into it. Not looking for quality sound, just something that I can hear system alerts and sounds when in a different room of the house. It does distort pretty bad if you try too turn it all the way up. 80% is the max setting I use. Again, I was not looking for a music quality amp so I just keep it set at 80%.

I bought this little guy just to boost my rear surround speakers for my home theater because when we remodeled, the rears ended up a little too far back and they needed a little boost for proper sound... I wasn't expecting much, but it sounds amazing and gives just enough amplification for what I needed. I don't hear any noise, hissing or anything that shouldn't be there. Very good value, excellent sound quality, easy to hook up and even looks pretty cool.

Right channel worked properly, but the left channel was very weak. Had to return. Other than that defect, the unit was good. Has significant and obvious distortion at 50%+ volume, ..not surprising for a 20 watt amplifier. I do hope that the replacement has no defects. If you want clean sound, ...keep looking.

MacPro speakers from 2004 - the clear round globes - have a proprietary plug that provides audio and power to the speakers. Annoying because they're cool looking. Well, pop them open, cut the cord off and put some good speaker wire on them. Plug them into this guy and connect to your computer's headphone jack and Boom - you're rocking. I have two pairs connected to this amp and pushes them both with no issues. A great find.

It's cheap for a reason

Works well for what i need it for. The 40 watt bass channel has a built in lowpass filter (not great, but its there) even though Amazon's ai says it doesnt. The two 20 watt channels are perfect for 3 inch 20 watt rms speakers. Quite compact. Only issue that I can see in the future is a lack of heat dissipation. Otherwise, solid product. No Bluetooth without an adapter
