This really uses your belly and lower muscles, along with your lungs, IF you really make it flutter. If you have mucas it will bring it up, but the benefits are more than that. Well worth the money.

This little device is amazing. My first impression when I received it was that there was no way this little device, and with a steel ball, would do anything good. However, after using it for one day, I cannot believe how easy it is for me to breathe easier, no heavy feeling in my chest, an emptiness of heavy weight. You see I have COPD from smoking, quit 20 years ago, but the damage was done. I feel so good and can breathe easier and do not struggle with exertions. I still cannot believe this little device can do some good. I know it is not a cure for COPD, however, it does make life a lot easier for me. Glad I bought it. And you would feel the same or a love one would feel the same. So give it a try, you won't regret it.
