I got them for when I go to the dentist. I get so anxious and my nose seems to close up. These worked great and you can barely see them. Then I got a head cold and woke up in the middle of the night. Could not breathe and had no medicine. I put it in. Like a miracle. 10 out of 10

These are very good for the person who snores. Keeps the airway open and are comfortable. I use them every night.

Extremely poor quality. The soft silicon style vent was too soft to have any effect even possibly making airflow worse. The firm plastic net vents were very hard plastic with fine sharp edges that dig and prick and scrap the inside of the nose passage. Total waste of money.
