Altberg Leder-Glos High Shine Gloss Leather Polish For Boots, 80g Tin (Brown)

This is really excellent shoe polish. I bought it because it has a particularly high wax content and the results are really excellent. It even succeeds in giving oiled leather boots a very high, almost mirror shine, which I had tried to achieve with other products - and failed. You can use it all over the shoe or boot and simply build up more layers on the toe cap where you want that super shine - if you want that super shine.

This and its sister product Leder Gris are the only product approved by Altberg for their boots. Someone spending £200 on boots should have this in their shoe cleaning kit. The gloss creates a high shine with relatively little effort compared to traditional boot bulling

Great brown polish for leather boots. I've tried lots of different brands, and this seems to be the only one that doesn't dye the leather slightly purple. Even after years of use the leather stays a great shade of brown. We'll worth the cost.

The Altberg Leder-Glos High Shine Gloss Leather Polish is A) expensive for what it is, B) more of a wax and oil combination than a polish and C) EXTREMELY good at making Altberg boots shiny and looking as good as they can possibly get! In my opinion, this is the best "polish" on the market for Altberg boots.

I don't get the hype. It's OK but Cherry Blossom polish does the job just as well in my view and is much cheaper.
