I've used this a couple of times under different situations and realized that it works well under ideal scenarios. For example, I'm used to sleeping at 2AM and waking up at 10AM (work hazard!). It takes me a full hour to sleep after I've layed in my bed, but if I pop this at 2, then I would sleep by 2:20 or so. Now this is when I'm really tired. There have been days where I've tried to sleep at 12 midnight after taking this. In such a case I would still sleep at 2 AM with intermittent sleep, and the next day I would feel drowsuy. As if I could do with another hour of sleep. I would say take the claims made by the product with a pinch of salt. It's not a miracle drug and just there to help you have a deeper sleep BUT only in case you're really tired and are sleeping as per your schedule.
