I did not realize when I purchased that it wasn’t the type of microwave that goes over range. Had to buy a separate cabinet. Love the microwave though.

I bought this microwave specifically because it came with a trim kit. Finding built-in microwaves are becoming harder and harder. I was able to easily follow the instructions to install the trim kit and had everything done in less than an hour. As you can see from the photo, it looks pretty sharp. What surprised me the most was how quiet the microwave is when heating. It’s about half the noise of the GE unit we replaced it with. This microwave has all of the features that you’re used to. I’m really looking forward to seeing it in my kitchen for the foreseeable future.

Microwave was great at first. But after 9 months the door no longer opens. I have tried to reach customer service but they are always closed. Hopefully they will respond to this review. UPDATE microwave now sparking when turned on even if nothing is inside. I still haven't heard anything from customer Service despite several emails and when I call office still says closed.

We designed this concept kitchen for a client. Planning on ADA Support for later on in life wanted to build the microwave in at a lower level. The unit was easy to install and multiple housing kits. Obviously you’ll need to also get the trim kit not included. The size is perfect and offers a lot of single touch features.

Based on the description of the microwave the order should have came with the trim kit but it did not. That was one of the main selling points why I purchased this microwave because I have a built in microwave space in my kitchen. I had to use my old microwaves trim kit to complete the job. I am sure the process to get issue rectified would take some time.

Very cheap

paid $700 for a built in Brama microwave (it stopped heating within 11 mos). The company replaced it at no charge (the replacement stopped heating in 12 mos). They would not replace the 2nd microwave. Awful company.
