Is the inside lined with a light fabric?...or is it just nylon material throughout?

The inside is lined with a soft warm felt material. The head cover is not lined, only the nylon.

Is this long enough to cover the knee when seated? I am about 6 foot.

I am 5'8" and seated at a stadium, it will cover past your shins. However I find myself getting my rear end wet because the back is not long enough to sit on. Maybe I am using it incorrectly but my friend has the same one and is having the same issue.

No, not warm. Think of it as a PVC blanket. Might be one to three degrees warmer as a blanket but it's still a raincoat with no lining.

I'm 6ft 4in (1.93m) tall. Would this pocho be adequate (it doesn't need to fit over a pack)?

I am 5-11 and it is a knee level and mid forearm. I was looking for a longer length like the one worn by Bruce Willis in UNBREAKABLE. I let my 5-7 grandson use it and it fits perfect like I want. (opinion) . I wear it with short sleeve shirts, cargo pants and water shoes. Better quality than the ones that look like GLAD bags.
