First impression is that it will break lifting a crepe. Well, no it’s got the strength to deal with pancakes, cut and serve veggie lasagna and is dishwasher safer. I had to learn how to gently lit under edge of pancakes then slowly edge around, it didn’t break into the cooking batter just smoothly went around the pan. Love it and will place on list for gift pack for kitchen gadget friends.

Well, please the highly recommend. I ordered several different colors about six altogether and I’m very real pleased with everyone.

TOO STIFF . NOT FLEXIBLE TO GET UNDER FRIED EGG FROM EDGE OF PAN

It’s surprising what a difference a commercial quality spatula makes in the kitchen. In particular, if you are cooking anything that requires care when turning, like an omelette or fish, you will appreciate the flexibility and shape of this spatula. It just works better.

Very ergonomic. Worth the money when it is on sale for a good price.
