UPDATE: The company reached out to me through Amazon very shortly after my Amazon review published. They offered a full refund, but I requested a replacement, which I received less than a week later! THANK YOU VOFEL!! I have seen great results with this product. It is not a miracle worker, but I do see lift. I've used it now for an average of 3-4 times a week for about 4 months. At 61, I am happy with the results. ******************** Purchased in April 2024. Now has a cracked head in August 2024. Was not dropped. Looking for a replacement- but no way to contact the company. Hoping this gets resolved- because I LOVE my face massager.

I dont know as I never recieved it.. looks like a great product though.... thats why I ordered it!!!!

I want to leave this ad because I had doubts about this product and so did my wife because of some reviews we had seen. But Honestly I've been using for about a month and when I use it i use the Medicube brand collagen jelly and I also use other daily facial serums in my daily routine. But honestly I use it maybe twice a week and i have actually noticed quite a nice difference in my face and to be honest i did notice a small difference immediately a little bit better color as well as lines in my face definitely less noticeable but i doubted that it was the machine but now ive been using a little over a month and there is definitely obvious results. My face is much smoother as well as has a lot more warmth and glow coming from my skin, I'm very pale so I tend to feel self conscious about the hew of my skin but I'm very satisfied with this machine and my wife has also been made a believer. I didn't have very high expectations when i first purchased because of the price but overall im actually very satisfied.
