My 11-week-old Shih Tzu mix puppy loves this toy. Chewbacca wrestles with this toy dog and drags it around the house. The toy is not too loud; it moves enough to keep Chewbacca engaged and interested. Chewbacca uses a lot of his active-puppy energy playing with this toy. It helps to tire Chewbacca out so he is ready to go to sleep at bedtime. I had purchased a different robot dog for Chewbacca before ordering this toy. Chewbacca had no interest in the expensive robot dog, but he LOVES this toy dog. And this toy is tough: it has held up to brutal punishment from my frisky puppy. This toy dog is puppy approved!

This puppy is adorable! I purchased this for my 8 year old who desperately wants a yorkie! It’s fun to see her face light up as “Bella” jumps or barks. So far this is a good alternative for the real thing. :)The motion sensor caused us trouble at first. The motion sensor appears to be on the nose. Once we figured that out it was much easier to get it working going forward.There is also a button in top of head that can be pushed if motion isnt working.

ADORABLE gift for my niece!I purchased this Yorkie for my niece for Christmas. It's exactly as cute as I thought it would be. It's motion activated so if you wave your hand in front of it it responds. Also, when you pat or rub it's head it'll turn it's head so you can pet it better.Pro's:1) Adorbaleness in a box2) Nice quality3) Comes with batteries included (also a negative ....see below)4) No assembly required...comes ready to go right out of the box.Con's:1) It's hard to wrap since the whole front of the box is open2) It was already turned on....so it barks randomly by itself...we'll see how long it takes my niece to figure out what it is ;)Overall I love the product & feel it's a good buy. This is not a FurReal toy- it’s “furreal friends”, an off brand. Only reason I knew this is bc we got one from amazon and one from a physical store and they are different. This one comes in a plastic bag where as the other one has full box packaging. It would be hard to give this as a gift bc there aren’t tags or anything and could look like it was used. That being said, it’s adorable and my toddlers like it. Not too loud or obnoxious but moves and barks. The off switch is a plus.

When I received the item I was not aware that there was a battery already inside. All of a sudden the dog started making different sounds. I could not figure out how to turn it off which was making me crazy as well as my cats. This was a gift so I did not want to destroy the box in order locate the on and off switch. However, I ended up having to open the bottom of the box and cut the plastic tie in order to locate the off and on switch. Other than this minor issue the dog is adorable and will make a great gift.

I bought this early for a Christmas present and now that I'm getting ready to wrap this, it doesn't work... Truly disappointed as I tested this when first delivered it work and now it doesn't. Of course this came as a damaged box and doesn't have any instructions with it. Not very happy about a $30 toy that doesn't work and unable to return it.

My toddler loves puppies so there’s no prying this from her hands. I’m wondering if this was a return? The puppy’s fur was crusty like it had something on it. It doesn’t come with a box, just in a bag with a paper. There’s no box so it’s really something I would gift - just odd to get a Fur Real item with no box. The puppy is cute, falls over a lot but my 3 year is obsessed.

This is the best toy for any young girl that enjoys carrying around a hard, plastic bodied animal with fur attached. It is not very snuggly but it is a nice size, Big enough to hold in your arms without making them tired. The jumping and barking is a bit repetitive but hey..... little girls like those things. Moms and dad will loath the constant sounds after a few hours. Enjoy :)
