I found this brand as a two-pack when I was home sick and just didn't want to go out to find something to help with my nasal clogs. Easy to order, good price, two cans, and delivered to my home the next day was perfect. High quality and lots of use per can. The nozzle is well shaped to help with relief and not chafe your poor snout further. I use these regularly now especially during allergy season or to clean my nasal passages after being out in public a bunch.

If you have dry sinus issues like I do, this is a great product. I live in a dry climate and this product is the best I've found for cleansing and moisterizing my sinuses.

I knew it was time to get more aggressive when I had two sinus infections within 2-3 months. I do full rinses but not often enough. I also do a chemical heavy cheap saline spray daily, but I felt it was time to go to something intermediate of the two and more natural on a daily basis. Then I could ditch the chemical heavy one with poor results.This is easy to use, and the tip is ergonomic to your nose holes. It works easily and it has helped me maintain this free and clear streak in my head. They say to launch a spray before and after to keep it clean, but I will likely do that rarely as it sounds more like a money grab and seems excessive.So far so good and happy I finally joined team natural on a daily basis.

Very good product. But the can/spray design is awful. Not sure who came with this style, it’s very hard to press it so it will get activated.

Does the job

I changed my entire review from a 3 Star to a 5 Star. At first I was shocked to see what others had to say about the label being pasted over a Walgreens brand. I did not see these reviews until after purchase. I checked my can and even scratched it with a box knife. It is clearly only the Blue Sinu Cleanse label. Nothing else underneath. In fact it looks like it is directly printed on to the can. I obviously don't know where the others bought the items with the Walgreens label under the Sinu Cleanse label. And, although there may not be anything wrong with the Walgreens brand, why is it being covered up. It seems deceptive and I think is a "bait and switch" issue. This was definitely not the case with the item that I received and I am very happy with the product.

Saline itself is good but hard to use the spray function. Not as easy as Arm and Hammer

This works super well for loosening up my babies congestion so that I can productively suck her nose clean. The spray is super gentle and the nozzle fits in her nose well.
