Saline solution is a basic product. A salt % with purified water. Simple yet effective and perfect for me having various allergies from pets, dust/dander, hot to cold or vice vs temp changes, etc. It is gentle enough to use when needed and does an excellent job keeping the airways, free, open, and clean. Highly recommend and well.priced.

I am obsessed with saline sprays. I will use them multiple times a day and they help me keep inflammation under control and breath better. No weird taste. Safe to use as much as you want. And very effective for immediate relief. I love that they are made with simple natural ingredients and not steroids. Also pro tip you can get through tsa with them even though they are over oz limit since it’s not really liquid. I have traveled all over with them in my carry on. I especially like to use them on planes mid flights to keep the sinuses moist and clean to prevent sickness.

It takes some getting used too. The sprayer can be a little overwhelming. I didn't know if you had to spray it until it stopped or just a short spray. I guess whatever you prefer. But it was too much until i learned to just spray what i liked. It is very salty, not like the other brand I've been using. But when you use it correctly, it helps with dry sinus and sneezing i get with it. I bet i'll get even more relief the longer i use it and learn how it works best . But it is very easy to spray too much and get salt water dripping down your throat. Like i said, i am learning and it is helping, especially in winter with the heat on, drying me out.

I love this product. Not just for sinuses rather, I spray it in my eyes to rinse out my allergy eyes I have even flushed my ears with it. Be careful not to touch the tip.

I was taking Flonase daily and all it did was decrease my sense of smell. I started doing the sinus rinse when I would get a little congestion. Eventually I stopped taking Flonase all together because and just started doing a rinse twice a day. Best decision I ever made. I don’t have as many episodes of sinus congestion, and I got my smeller back.
