It does just what it says.My grand babies enjoy it and it's a great invention.

This is really good for stretching but inversions or hanging may be out of the question I first used a normal bedroom door and saw how wobbly it was so I placed it on my entry door. And when I tried to hang in it, it actually pulled the metal off the door frame. May have been because I put the ends to close to each other. Once I moved them further apart the pulling seemed to stop. Great for the price though if your pretty bendy like me and need some extra help.

I am trying to increase my flexibility and this has been pretty nice. I haven't used it consistently enough or long enough to speak to the results My two daughters love to play in it as well and use it more as a swing. The only complaint I have is that the fabric can bundle up putting pressure in a smaller surface area across my back instead of spreading it out. If anyone has tips on how to fix that, that would be great! Really though, I am quite pleased with this product.

Ngl this stretcher does what it needs to do for a good price. I'd recommend this although if your door isn't enough to hold yo weight then I'd look elsewhere.

Insert is of a child under 12..... I even had my 11 year old try to use it. Cheap material gathered up so thin that he couldn't even stretch as pictured. So sick of trips to return packages because of inaccurate and.

Could have been my fault but the door popped open and I landing on my head. Not a fan

I’ll start with the fact that I am overweight. I was excited this product was rated for heavy people. But when I used it for back stretches the whole of the cloth rolled up on my back. Try as I might, it was just uncomfortable.
