I used to love running miles but after a major op i balooned in weight and ended up a size 14-16 and a 40 DD. I'm only 5,2". I use shock absorber max support sports bras but the damn things still bounce so thought I would try one of these, out of desperation mainly. All I can say is it deffo works. It's a bit of trial and error to get the right tension to stop it from restricting your breathing and you need to wear it on top of your bust on your chest. Feels a bit weird at first but quickly got used to it. I tried mine under a T shirt but it was riding up so put it on top of a T shirt and its fine. It also stops any rub under the armpits if it's on top. I got a medium and it fits fine with plenty adjustment left. I've put my size on to give people an idea of the band size you need. It isn't a flattering look but does work. You deffo need a sports bra with it though.

I'm a 40G bust and I run. Having wasted money for the umpteenth time on a bra which claimed to be fully-supportive and for high-impact sports and turned out to be as good as useless, I decided to try this booband. I wasn't expecting much, to be honest. What a great surprise to find it really does work. It fits around the torso above the boobs and so keeps them pinned down nicely and really does minimise bounce. I've been wearing it with a sports bra which previously did not do the job and under my t-shirt and have found it perfectly comfortable: no rubbing or chafing. My only gripe is that I do find it rather expensive: it is basically just a very broad length of elastic with some velcro to fix it, so the price seems high to me. Having said that, it has solved my problem and will save me a fortune on trying out endless different sports bras, so overall is worth it. I bought the medium and it is exactly the right size.

great extra support when running, stays in place

I’m a firm 38G. This was useless. Didn’t stop the weight of the bounce and medium was tight so was supposed to be the perfect size. Also rubbed under my arms. Really disappointed. I have no idea how larger women find this works. All I can think is their breast is flatter to the body. Returning and will stick with a normal bra and shock absorber.

If you’re like me, a size 18 dress a giant knockers then you HAVE to get this if you plan to excercise! The first night I tried this, I clearly had it to tight as it rolled up into my arm pits half way through spinning class. The second night I tried this I loosened it, and velcroed it in front rather than in back, MASSIVE difference ladies!!!! I’m still breastfeeding and it says nothing in the instructions on that but having it too tight hurts like a B%#*^! I got a size medium and it’s perfect, the second night there was no rolling and it did hold the ol girls in place! Highly recommend!!!!!

A tad expensive for what is essentially a large, wide rubber band. It was for a friend who is quite well endowed and she thought it was ok, but not quite as she expected. She thought it would hold her in more and reduce excessive bounce. I wouldn't buy again. Easier and cheaper to make your own.

Purchased for going to a festival so I could jump about and not hurt myself, but will also use for running (when I can work myself up to doing it!). Is a long elasticated band with Velcro on each end so varies in length. You just have to make sure that it’s laid flat against the body so that it doesn’t catch on clothing.

This booband is what you need if you are a bigger chested lady whilst exercising. It keeps away the stress and painful thudding when exercising. It really does work wonders and makes exercising enjoyable. Well worth the money great quality and is a blessing. I would thoroughly recommend. Great colour choice and it really does work.

I have a few of these bands since I was blessed with large meat puppets. Out of all the brands, this one is the firmest and hold down my sweater muffins the best.
