I got these for my girl's 4th birthday party at school. They are sooooo cute! They are pretty sturdy and not flimsy and come with elastic to easily put on the "hats." They are more like crowns but work well with any kid size head. I loved that they came with a lot of different sea animals so the kids could pick which animal they wanted. The way it's printed also makes it look like they have a shimmer to them. The value is so great because it comes with 48 pieces (25 different animals with some that have multiples) for only about $13 after tax. It's great for any kid party, especially a part that's sea animal themed and have a lot of guests.
