JBL Live 460NC - Wireless On-Ear Noise Cancelling Headphones with Long Battery Life and Voice Assistant Control - Blue (Renewed)

The sound quality and bass is all there. I would go as far as to say that these alone justify the price. The noise cancellation is there - it doesn’t drown out all other noise, but it makes a noticeable difference. They’re comfortable to wear. But the thing that impresses me most is the battery life. I’m a music addict and bought these 10 months ago. They came in beautiful condition last April, I got them for $60. Since then I have literally only had to charge them maybe 5 times at most. Since starting back in college a month ago, I give them several hours of use per day (admittedly in the higher or full volume range) and I haven’t had to charge them since I started school 3 weeks ago. Absolutely worth the price point. I’ll be looking for an excuse to buy another pair.

Nice highs and lows. Solid bass. Very nice / effective noise cancelling for the price. Noise cancelling is not 100% but drowns out most engine noise on a plane which is a great start

They are over all a great pair of headphones. I don’t care for the fact that every time you move them on and off, even just a tad, they stop playing. The point of wireless, for me, is to not have to keep getting on my phone. I work a factory job so getting my phone out constantly is not possible. Overall they are great, that was my small issue with them.

I probably will not buy another refurbished product from Amazon. It’s like buying a used car, you’re buying someone else’s problem. The headphones are over ear and noise cancellation. The headband and ear cups are very tight, I’ve tried to adjust them to my liking but to no avail. The volume down button does not work, and the noise cancellation is horrible but that could be due to the over ear model. When riding the bus, there are certain vibrations that cuts off the music intermittently with a crackling noise, very annoying. I purchased the JBL for its deep bass but this model or because it’s refurbished, the bass is muted, disappointing. I should have spent a little more and got the new SkullCandy. Sigh 😔

My spouse has owned AudioTechnica and Sennheiser noise cancelling headphones. These are almost as good, and about $100 less. The pass thru feature is not as effective as those other brands, but that's the main difference. I wore them on an 11 hour intercontinental flight with no discomfort and with a much clearer head than after listening to the whine of engines for half a day. Wore them another 7 hours, and still had more than 1/2 their charge. One thing to note-I have relatively small and most headphones are on the large side for me, both in terms of the circumference of the headband and the size of the cups. These fit perfectly. Small people will love them, but not so sure about larger folks.
