expensive, but good card
It's a large card with a somewhat fragile power connector. If you want to avoid any possible issues with that power connector: 1. get a case that is plenty wide so the side panel is not close to the top of the card where the power connector is. too close and cables will have to be bent/curved which can put too much pressure on the connector. This is more of an issue with the 4090 and 4080 where those cards consume a lot more power, but be aware this card uses the exact same 12VHPWR power connector. 2. mount your GPU in the vertical position if possible 3. leave side panel off while a right angle adapter could possibly alleviate the issue, the problem is that right angle pins are another possible source of a failure. the company "CableMods" recently did recalls on their right angle adapters and they are a PREMIUM custom cable company, so this just means you have to be careful in how you setup your pc. I chose the cheapest and most simple route, I left the side panel off my case. I highly advise installing the GPU sag bracket. Even if you have a tall case like mine where the bracket is not tall enough, find something to stack underneath the bracket or find another bracket that will work. The point is, it's a large and heavy card, eventually it will sag which could cause other issues. Performance wise, it's great. I installed the card with it set at default settings and it ran BF 2042 with the game maxed out settings at 1440p and get well over 120+ fps, RT is off. cyberpunk 2077 at 1440p, maxed settings, no RT, at around 100 fps, your mileage may vary depending on your cpu/mobo/RAM setup, i have a 5900x, 16GBRAM at CL 16 on an asrock x470 taichi mobo. I have ran teh card with RT on, it looks very nice but I don't run it usually because I like having the extra perf for smoother gameplay animation. It's also a quiet card with temps peaking at about 72c after 2 hours of gaming. With all of this said, if you can afford it and you know and can plan accordingly for the power connector, then this particular model has been a great experience and worth considering since it tends to be one of the lower priced models. I was able to pick one up for $760. I know that the rumored "Super" models are coming out soon, so there is a possible further price drop going to happen, but I simply could not wait because my 980ti(8 years old) died and I had no GPU.

Crazy powerful for a good price
This thing is crazy powerful. It destroys my Zotac 3060 OC edition I bought a few years ago. Unfortunately I bought my 3060 during scalping season and literally paid the same price as this. ;( For reference, on a system with large amount of RAM and CPU head room, I could run at least 8 titan fall 2 sessions before really seeing anything bad. Ofc they were all on lower graphical settings. Compared to my 3060 that could barely do 4. And believe it or not, I think it hit 128W, it was super power efficient. Not sure why it wants a 700W psu. How about rendering particle simulations in blender? 3060 needed the frames baked to play at 24fps. For the same sim, this ran it in real time. Its great for rendering film. Noise is not bad, runs quietly. Or at least the noise is overshadowed by my cpu fans.

Complete Satisfaction
Was purchased for a gaming workstation. Pro 1: Absolute jaw dropping performance. I can play any game of my games at any spec. Pro 2: Gaming performance is so high that I think someone will need specific reasons to want more power (like handling AI models). Pro 3: Major improvements editing videos and reduced encoding times. Scrolling a video timeline on a 10GB+ 4K vid is nowhere near as laggy as my old GTX 1660. Con: The cooler styling is plain and the aRGB side logo is not ascetically pleasing. Pro Tip: Use the included GPU support bracket. The card will flex and possibly crack the PCB which would void the warranty.

Crazy fast, amazing ray tracing performance
A lot has been said about the value proposition of nVidia's middle tier cards compared to the premium cards, but the fact is this card is delivering performance at scale with its cost compared to anything else out there, and with better features. This thing runs everything I have thrown at it maxed at high frame rates. With DLSS it can even run Cyberpunk maxed on Overdrive at 90+ fps. RT performance and AI features simply put it in another class than AMD's offerings. Great card, worth every penny. I do wish it had 16GB of VRAM, but it's meant as a 1440p card.

Amazing GPU
For anyone wondering, on COD with mid/high settings at 1920x1080p I'm getting around 300 fps flat. I do a lot of gaming and all other games run insanely well and I've never had any issues with this card. I also do a lot of Photoshop and Adobe work on my computer and it's great (I also have it paired with an I7-13700K and 32gbs of ram). Amazing card and I love the NVIDIA drivers I've had it for about a year now for those who are wondering, all around solid GPU that will be good for any game/ task you run

9/10 but... 10/10 if you have a large PC build.
This 4070 is extremely lavish. providing outstanding cooling, and little to no noise. I do however want to express that this boy is BIG, so be warned for those of you with small PC builds. I'd highly recommend looking at the specs and ensuring it fits without a problem. Overall tho, the item is extremely attractive to look at and seems to function perfectly.

Better than expected.
Installed the video card into a new build (Asus Crossfire VIII Hero) / Ryzen 9 CPU. It scored in the top 1% out of over 27,000 other builds using the same video card. It can be overclocked, but there really isn't a need unless you are in a gaming tournament. It runs cool 38C at idle and 62C (Max is 84C) at 80% fan speed / 110% power while benchmarking the card with "Time Spy" 3D video benchmark - it also benchmarked at over 22,000 which is the average for an overclocked card. The only issue, and it really isn't an issue is if you are running Windows Mixed Reality, it may tell you the video card is untested and uncertain if it will run VR. It will, and it will run at high, 1080P - 90hz. You just have to set the configuration manually because it will default to the lowest settings.

Nvidia for the win!
This card looks awesome! Love that the logo lights up. Very quiet. I bought this to replace my rx5700xt and all I can say is just wow! Super fast.

I'm currently using the card in a Razer Core X eGpu. As expected, performance is not as incredible as many of the games run in 80-100fps in high settings, probably because of the bandwidth issue that many people report thunderbolt 3 has. Still, great performance out of the box and a slight overclock (100mhz core - 400mhz memory, for best stability) The card never goes above 300w consumption with my current settings, so I deem the 3 cable unnecessary tbh, I'm spent a couple of days testing with a Y splitter to convert the 3-pin connector to the 2-pin that the Razer Core X has (not sure if this hinders performance but like I said, for me it's fine) and there is no signs of overheating on the connectors nor in the cables, because temperature oscillates between 270 celsius and 290 celsius. Transients spikes get to 310w but I don't think they will be a problem since they last for a couple of ms and the PSU is 650w with nothing else taking power from it (except the fan which is like less than 10w consumption). Overall, card is running great, fits inside the Razer Core X perfectly and there is no signs of overwattage on the cables or the connectors at all, even with this being the OC version and using a Y-splitter from the 16-pin of the card to the 2x8pin from the Razer Core X. Maybe not worth the 1.2k CAD for running it in a eGpu but hey, the big win about the 40xx over the 30xx is the power consumption, it's much lower and that makes it perfect for the PSU of the Razer Core X, and if I ever decide to build an ITX or a bigger desktop, then I'm covered for the future, so I'm happy with my purchase. I purchased my Y-splitter from Amazon as well and the one I got is a COMeap GPU VGA PCIe 8 Pin Female to Dual 2x 8 Pin (6+2) male PCI Express Power Adapter Braided Y-Splitter extension cable 9-inch (23cm)

Was very happy with the Zotac 4070ti runs great at 1440p gaming easily hitting 144fps plus it was an upgrade from my Zotac 3060ti and it massively increased my performance in gaming and productivity workloads. The cards power efficiency is great and better then my old card and also the fans not running while low workloads are being performed is a nice touch. The Zotac software where it’s basic it also just works and does what I need so again can’t complain about that This is definitely one the more value cards in the 4000 series been running it for a month now and can’t complain. Card was well packed and arrived in good condition and was imported quite fast.

I'm normally not a huge fan of Zotac graphic cards but this time around I decided to give them a try because they had the best looking card in my opinion. I've been pleasantly surprised. I changed over from a 3080 10GB model and have been very happy with the performance of this card so far. Pros: - Silent no coil whine - Very good performance - Nice style - Application software seems well built Cons: - Not a con for Zotac but in general the power supply connector with all the known issues may be problematic I made sure to plug it in all the way, and checked and rechecked. - Price, still well above what a 4070 Ti should cost.
