Ist also nur für feste Stoffe mit Pilling geeignet. Angora, Mohair oder anderes flauschiges Material darf auf gar keinen Fall damit bearbeitet werden

I honestly wanted to love this product. At the beginning, the Pilo 2 was the perfect fabric shaver—it has a beautiful design and worked better than any other shaver I’ve tried. It left my clothes looking fresh and refined. However, the longevity and customer service are unacceptable for the price point. The Mechanical Failure: I used this item very lightly—maybe 20 times total. Within 4 months, the battery started degrading rapidly. It went from holding a charge to dying quickly, then only running for 10 seconds, and finally, it completely stopped working. It seems to be a great product made with cheap internal parts that simply don’t last. The "Ghost" Warranty: The biggest frustration is the company itself. I have been trying to contact Steamery for months to utilize the warranty. I have sent over a dozen emails and tried their chat (which just redirects to email), and I have received zero responses. Amazon is willing to help but requires documentation that the manufacturer denied the claim—but since Steamery ignores all communication, I am stuck in limbo. I fear they are just waiting for my warranty to expire. Verdict: If you want a shaver that works amazing for a few months and then becomes a paperweight, this is it. If you expect a product to last or a company to honor their warranty, look elsewhere.

Despite many good reviews when I bought it, this thing has caused snags and holes in so many of my lovely sweaters. This week it managed to snag a pair of running socks I was defuzzing. I’d run heaps in these socks and they were freaking indestructible - until now. Not a fan of this product.
