I've been looking for ways to balance my cortisol as it tends to spike at night and prevent me from getting good sleep. I had tried ashwagandha before and didn't notice any effect. I recently learned about KSM-66 as being the most researched and tested form, as it is a patented full-spectrum extract, and decided to give it a shot. I started with 1/2 dose and from the first night I could feel the effects. My dreams for the first 2 weeks were vivid and intense. I even cycled off using it on weekends to see if it changed, and it did. Once I started using it again the dreams returned. Soon after this initial adjustment period of a few weeks my body began adapting to it and the vivid dreams stopped. I take a full dose an hour before bed, and the KSM-66 along with 200mg of L-Theanine in this product have me feeling relaxed and calm. After reading about how this herb is supposed help in settling a person down in order to get sleep, I tried it. Doesn't seem to help at all. Am still wide awake too much of the night. It may work for someone else.
