It was worth it. This was the softest material ever of the 3 I bought and two we had to compare. Such a pleasure to use it against you. No here crunch plastic. It’s so soft and long cord. I can use the button easily and my husband said it has a good sturdy cord to the wall. That was a concern about a different one. I so his point. I also know our electrical is from the 1970’s so ine out left has already melted and it was an old plug in light. Old and a new GFCI and then my dyson plug. So melted. Besides needing an electrician at home, I have nothing but love for the heating pad. I cojos lay it anywhere and if I was comfortable. I love it. I returned the other 2 ans I am excited to let the infared have time to help heal.

Funciona súper bien. Lo uso de lunes a viernes por 30 minutos en el nivel 65 (es el más caliente) y por el momento todo anda bien. Aún no lo he lavado.Estoy bien atenta de que no comience a quemarse como leí en otros reviews. También quiero mencionar que doblo el pad como mismo vino en el empaque ya que siento que si lo doblo de más, pudiera romper los “cables” de caliente que tiene en su interior y que por ahí mismo comience a quemarse la tela.Si algo llega a pasar, les daré update.

I have only had this heating pad for a few weeks and this morning it caught fire while on my stomach! It sent a horrible electric shock through my body and when I looked down it was burning. I had to run to the kitchen a find a fire blanket to put the fire out as it continued to burn on my bed. Do not buy this item! I have reported this issue to the company and to Amazon.

It does a great job we love it so soft and warm

Worked wonders first few days on my sore back, the material was wonderfully soft, but then after only one week it started producing this horrible chemical burning smell that gave us all headaches. I unplugged it immediately and asked for a return. I hope it was just this one that was defective but I won’t risk getting another one, unfortunately. I can’t forget that smell.

This heating pad is so comfy. Soft, bends around my body with no lumping up.I can't believe I put up with hard lumpy heating pads for years! My muscles feel better after using it.I bought 2 for gifts as well, I liked mine so much.Adding: It's the end of May and my precious heating pad died. 😢
