IronMind Captains of Crush (COC) Hand Gripper - The Gold Standard of Grippers | The World's Leading Hand Strengthener

Bought the CoC Sport hand gripper, as a high repetition / warm up tool. Excellent quality, with enough tension to challenge most people not used to grip / weight training. The great thing about the CoC range, is that you can progress quickly, once you have improved your grip strength on a particular gripper, there is always the next gripper in the range, should you wish to progress. Not cheap, but whether you just want to improve your hand grip strength a little, or you wish to build massive grip strength, for powerlifting or strongman, I highly recommend the Captain's of Crush hand gripper range.

There is not much to say about this product except that it is done right, machined and built very well and works like a charm. I will more than likely purchase a model with more resistance down the road, and it will surely be from the same company and from the same product line too, there really are no issues to improve upon in my opinion.

the grippers are great not one problem, other than the price is a bit high for what you get

I rate this product very highly as i use it daily and i am noticing a significant difference in grip strength. However this level is not 'very' hard to close and therefore is good for high reps but i would recomend a slightly higher gripper, although i made the mistake of assuming that i could skip a few and my secound one was a 195lb gripper which is a number 2 C.O.C which is much more of a challenge and i am mm away from a proper close with my right.

It’s very well made. The sport model is easy to close and for me this is a warm up gripper before moving onto the harder models. The trainer which is the next one up is considerably tougher to close.

These are great grippers. Better than any other brand. That said, my T (Trainer) set only lasted 11 months before breaking. I will buy the next level up, but it's a bit disappointing that they snapped.

C.O.C Sport Gripper (80lbs.)is a nice light gripper for re-hab or keeping arthritis pain at bay. High reps to force the blood into the hands, keeping them healthy, relieving pain ... and giving you big forearms to boot!

Well worth paying the extra for a quality product. It is a lot harder than it looks as even my son struggles with them so more practice required before we move on to other versions but can't fault them. Like other reviewers said there is a bit of a squeak at times but nothing that WD40 doesn't fix. Don't waste your money on cheaper versions, would totally recommend these. Excellent service and delivery as well!

Ottimo prodotto! Un piccolo appunto: l'impugnatura è in metallo zigrinato. Tenetelo presente, perché per poterle utilizzare ho dovuto mettere delle impugnature cave in gommapiuma sopra il metallo, perché quando si stringe forte la zigrinatura può far male alle dita, rendendo quindi difficile l'esercizio! Applicata la gommapiuma, nessun problema.
