Is this considered a firm mattress?

Once you unzip it, you ruin any chance of returning. I can see why. Tried to post photo, but wouldn't take it. Looks nothing like the photo you see about it & it's very hard. I've bought several toppers trying to soften it up.

You cannot return a mattress but Amazon did give me a full credit.

It should. It's a standard Twin XL 10 inch mattress.

Looks like it might be the Thuma bed frame. The foam headboard and slatted joist work give it away, although many other companies make similar looking frames, and may also do the foam headboard thing.
