It's quality ham from, I guess, a quality pig. Imagine it's squeal as it went through the slaughterhouse but only after you've spread plenty of mustard on it ,slapped it between two thick slices of homemade warm bread and enjoyed.

Tasted very processed
It is made from mixed cuts of ham , not just sliced from a piece ..I found it to be wet and on the salty side .But I suppose it is £1 cheaper than other hams .However I won’t be buying it again !
