Puedes buscar recetas para el cutis con arcilla o si la quieres usar para ingerir, pues te cuento que yo lo hice (siguiendo los consejos de una señora un poco hippie en FB y no lo haría de nuevo) y no hace nada ni bueno ni malo. Puede dar diarrea eso sí 😂 pero no tiene permisos de salud entonces no lo recomiendo ni lo volvería a hacer.

I know it is great for my skin. I haven’t personally tried it on my hair, but there are many diy recipes out there that call for it. It is for safe for skin, I don’t see why hair would be any different.
