Q: Can you use sublimation ink with this paper?

Of course! Welacer DTF Film and Powder can both be used for sublimation ink and sublimation printer. It can do much more than sublimation can do. However, it has some shortcoming when used for sublimation. There is no white ink, so can't print white pattern. And the color of the fabric will eat the color of pattern if they are the same color.

Q: What side do I print on ?

The frosted side is the printed side.

Q: Can this paper be used for evo solvent ink?

Not really it's purpose is for dtf ink the solvent ink won't stick to it
